The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) offered two question-and-answer sessions for the public to ask questions about the I-495 Express Lanes Northern Extension (495 NEXT) Project. The first session was Monday, September 28, (view recording here). The second session was Wednesday, September 30, from 7 - 9 p.m.
